I’m not even going to begin to list the very long list of things that delayed this podcast simply because it would put you all to sleep since it’s so long. I’m VERY sorry for the delay, but better late than never I always say. While the title of this podcast may make you think we discuss the Wii and DS’s anniversaries, the title actually refers to it being the 10th podcast for us (the anniversary discussion comes two podcasts later). The podcast crew this time around included me, MOMZ, queenzelda, Charmy, hattrick, and SirVenom (joined us later in the podcast). You also get to enjoy some bloopers and behind the scenes moments if you stick around after the ending music. Check out an outline of the podcast below.

- Go over this week’s Wii, DS, and Wii Shop Channel releases, the Nintendo Channel updates for the week, as well as what we’ve been playing on Wii and DS
- We discuss Sega confirming that they’re publishing The Conduit, the Animal Crossing: City Folk/Wii Speak bundle, and more
- You know those “Play on Wii” titles? Well, they’re confirmed for the US and we give our thoughts on them
- Guitar Hero time! Want to know what songs are in On Tour: Decades? Want some impressions on World Tour? Then listen to the podcast!
- For the FIRST time in one of our podcasts, we did a LIVE stream of the podcast and got feedback and discussion topics from those listening in.
- We mention our campaign to help disaster victims, known as “WiiNintendo.net 1UPing Disasters”, and talk about how the Red Cross contacted us showing their support. Look for more on this campaign soon.

We had plenty to talk about, especially on Guitar Hero: World Tour. It’s a fun-filled podcast, and since we had so much fun, it went on for quite a while. The podcast clocks in at 1 hour, 26 minutes, and 12 seconds. As always, you can listen to the podcast, download it (file size is 78.9 MB), subscribe to the RSS feed, or subscribe to the podcast on iTunes all at the bottom of this post. If you have trouble finding it on iTunes, it is under the name wiiklyfuse. I subscribed to it on my iPod Touch and it’s fun to go back and listen to the previous shows, so I recommend you do so as well.

Remember to join us on WiiNintendo when we record our next podcast on Tuesday, November 25th between 9:30 and 10 pm eastern time for a live stream of the podcast. Please send us your feedback and any suggestions you may have for future podcasts. We want you to enjoy these podcasts, so please let us know what you want us to discuss. If you have anything more you want to suggest or want to join us for the podcast, you can do one of three things: You can post a comment on this post, you can email me at DarkWish@WiiNintendo.net, or you can post it in the Submission/Suggestion Thread on the WiiFuse forums. I look forward to hearing from you!

This week, the podcast is on time and better than ever! Not only did we record our podcast last night, but we had our biggest podcast crew there to date. The crew consisted of me, queenzelda, Charmy, hey_suburbia (though we just called him Mickey the whole time), SirVenom, hattrick, and even MOMZ dropped by at the end. It seems the only person missing was mazer, who should be returning in a few weeks time hopefully. Anyways, we discussed a bunch of different topics and it was great to get various thoughts on them. And if you stick around for the end of the podcast, you’ll get to hear some especially good discussion, as well as MOMZ trying Wii Music for the first time. Check out a taste of what you can expect to hear below.

- Go over this week’s Wii, DS, and Wii Shop Channel releases, the Nintendo Channel updates for the week, as well as what we’ve been playing on Wii and DS
- SirVenom and hattrick make their podcast debut! Now our final podcast crew is set (and mazer shall join us once again in a few weeks time)
- We talk about the latest on E3 and E for All, the new firmware update, the “Let’s Play on Wii” games coming to the US, and more
- Don’t you just love leaks? Looks like Sega may be The Conduit’s publisher
- Is the excitement for the Nintendo DSi in Japan low? Should we be worried?
- We discuss what we’ve heard about Guitar Hero: World Tour, as well as the upcoming spin-off titles. Are they ruining the series with all these titles or is more Guitar Hero a good thing?
- Wii Music is finally out and we give our thoughts on just how fun this title is
- We hang out in a chat on WiiNintendo (which you can read here) and get the opinions of everyone in the chat on the topics we are discussing in the podcast
- We mention our campaign to help disaster victims, known as “WiiNintendo.net 1UPing Disasters”, and talk about how the Red Cross contacted us showing their support. Look for more on this campaign soon.

There was plenty to discuss and plenty of people in the podcast to voice their opinions. So, it’s expected that this podcast would go over an hour, and it does. The podcast clocks in at 1 hour, 19 minutes, and 47 seconds. As always, you can listen to the podcast, download it (file size is 73.0 MB), subscribe to the RSS feed, or subscribe to the podcast on iTunes all at the bottom of this post. If you have trouble finding it on iTunes, it is under the name wiiklyfuse. I recently subscribed to it since I bought an iPod Touch and it’s fun to go back and listen to the previous shows, so I recommend you do so as well.

Once again, I’m very sorry for the huge delay in posting the podcast. I had a bunch of exams last week, and then I went home for the weekend for my Uncle’s wedding so I was super busy. Well, better late than never I suppose, so here’s podcast #8, entitled “Set Free Your Inner Maestro” in honor of Wii Music. And to go along with that theme, I decided to use parts of some arrangements I created in Wii Music for the opening and ending. They’re not the best, but give me a break, it’s only my second day with the game. The podcast crew this time around was just me and queenzelda, while Charmy chatted with us because he couldn’t get any sound out of his computer. We tried our best to make it fun to listen to though, and here’s an outline of what you can expect from this podcast:

- Go over this week’s Wii, DS, and Wii Shop Channel releases, the Nintendo Channel updates for the week, as well as what we’ve been playing on Wii and DS
- What DSSCAN could be? We give our ideas
- Hmm… a mystery title from Nintendo… what could it be?
- How likely is the rumored GBA-compatible Nintendo DSi?
- We discuss various games, like Wii Music, and more
- Wii Weigh In: Will we ever have a one console future?
- We hang out in a chat on WiiNintendo (which you can read here) and get the opinions of everyone in the chat on the topics we are discussing in the podcast
- We mention our campaign to help disaster victims, known as “WiiNintendo.net 1UPing Disasters”, and talk about how the Red Cross contacted us showing their support. Look for more on this campaign soon.

We have many different topics that we discussed, including the first time we do our Wii Weigh In segment. Wii Weigh In is when we, the staff of WiiNintendo and WiiFuse, give our thoughts on something going on in the video game industry. Look for more of those topics in the future. This time around, the podcast clocks in at 51 minutes and 37 seconds. As always, you can listen to the podcast, download it (file size is 47.2 MB), subscribe to the RSS feed, or subscribe to the podcast on iTunes all at the bottom of this post. If you have trouble finding it on iTunes, it is under the name wiiklyfuse.

Yes, I know. We recorded the podcast a week ago and it’s just now going up. I’m VERY sorry! I went home for a few days and for various reasons, I just wasn’t able to do things as usual. For those that are registered on the WiiFuse Forums, I posted a download link on Sunday, so there are benefits to registering there. Anyways, here it is now for your listening pleasure. Like the last podcast, it’s just me, MOMZ, and Charmy again, but it was fun to record the podcast. As the title implies, we discussed all types of games from hardcore to casual, so there’s something for everyone in this podcast. Check out an outline of the podcast below.

- Go over this week’s Wii, DS, and Wii Shop Channel releases, the Nintendo Channel updates for the week, as well as what we’ve been playing on Wii and DS
- We discuss the Mother 3 fan translation
- We give our thoughts on the Everyone’s Theater Channel for Wii
- We discuss various games, like No More Heroes: Desperate Struggle, Let’s Tap, Sonic Unleashed, Wii Music, and more
- We hang out in a chat on WiiNintendo (which you can read here) and get the opinions of everyone in the chat on the topics we are discussing in the podcast
- We mention our campaign to help disaster victims, known as “WiiNintendo.net 1UPing Disasters”, and talk about how the Red Cross contacted us showing their support.

I believe this may be our shortest podcast yet, which is quite surprising. This time around, the podcast went for 54 minutes and 33 seconds. As always, you can listen to the podcast, download it (file size is 49.9 MB), subscribe to the RSS feed, or subscribe to the podcast on iTunes all at the bottom of this post. If you have trouble finding it on iTunes, it is under the name wiiklyfuse. I recently subscribed to it since I bought an iPod Touch and it’s fun to go back and listen to the previous shows.

Remember to join us in a chat on WiiNintendo when we record our next podcast tonight between 9:30 and 10 pm eastern time. Please send us your feedback and any suggestions you may have for future podcasts. We want you to enjoy these podcasts, so please let us know what you want us to discuss. If you have anything more you want to suggest or to submit a question for the podcast crew (which we’ll play in an upcoming podcast), you can do one of three things: You can post a comment on this post, you can email me at DarkWish@WiiNintendo.net, or you can post it in the Submission/Suggestion Thread on the WiiFuse forums.

It’s that time of week again… it’s WiiNintendo’s podcast, The Wii-kly Fuse! As you all know, the Nintendo conferences were last week, so it makes perfect sense that our podcast focused on all of the announcements that were made. We had a small podcast crew that consisted of me, MOMZ, and Charmy, but it was definitely the most fun I’ve had in a podcast so far. There was plenty to discuss and we had a great time doing so. Check out an outline of the podcast below.

- Go over this week’s Wii, DS, and Wii Shop Channel releases, the Nintendo Channel updates for the week, as well as what we’ve been playing on Wii and DS
- We discuss The Conduit, including Wii MotionPlus use, its publisher, and a possible sequel
- We discuss the big announcements at the Nintendo conferences, including the Nintendo DSi (including the Nintendo DSi Shop), Upcoming games (Punch-Out!!, Sin & Punishment 2, Mario & Luigi RPG 3, and lots more), Let’s Play on Wii Selection, Wii Speak Channel, the storage solution, Club Nintendo, and more
- We hang out in a chat on WiiNintendo (which you can read here) and get the opinions of everyone in the chat on the topics we are discussing in the podcast
- We mention our campaign to help disaster victims, known as “WiiNintendo.net 1UPing Disasters”, and talk about how the Red Cross contacted us showing their support.

Yea, I know, I said I would keep the podcast at about an hour… I lied. We had so much fun recording this podcast that I let it slide this time. This time, the podcast lasts 1 hour, 28 minutes, and 49 seconds. As always, you can listen to the podcast, download it (file size is 81.3 MB), subscribe to the RSS feed, or subscribe to the podcast on iTunes all at the bottom of this post. This podcast clock in at 1 hour, 4 minutes, and 59 seconds, and as always, you can listen to the podcast, download it (file size is 59.4 MB), subscribe to the RSS feed, or subscribe to the podcast on itunes all at the bottom of this post.

Remember to joins us in the WiiFuse Chat when we record our next podcast on Tuesday at 9:30 pm eastern time. And please send us your feedback and any suggestions you may have for future podcasts. We want you to enjoy these podcasts, so please let us know what you want us to discuss. If you have anything more you want to suggest or to submit a question for the podcast crew (which we'll play in an upcoming podcast), you can do one of three things: You can post a comment on this post, you can email me at DarkWish@WiiNintendo.net, or you can post it in the Submission/Suggestion Thread on the WiiFuse forums. I look forward to hearing from you!</itunes:summary>

It’s time for The Wii-kly Fuse #3: Mickey Joins The Fray! This is WiiNintendo’s podcast and this time around, we actually got the owner of WiiNintendo (Mickey/hey_suburbia) to join us. We had a great time recording the podcast as always, and surprisingly, we didn’t have any huge technical issues aside from mazer continuously dropping out. After a while, mazer left because of technical issues, and MOMZ was busy studying, but everyone else was there. We had plenty to discuss, as you can see in the brief outline below. We even announced Charmy’s project to help Hurricane Ike victims (more details coming). Check out the outline below!

- Go over this week’s Wii, DS, and Wii Shop Channel releases, as well as what we’ve been playing on Wii and DS - Discuss Animales de la Muerte, Wii Music, Guitar Hero: World Tour, Pokemon Platinum, and more - We give our thoughts on Star Wars: The Force Unleashed - We answer reader questions, as well as get questions from the WiiFuse Chat that we are in - Charmy announces his project to help out victims of Hurricane Ike (more details coming) - Starting next week, we will use the WiiFuse Chat while we are recording the podcast so that all of you can pop in and suggest something for us to discuss during our recording of the podcast.

We made sure not to drag on this time, so this podcast clocks in at 1 hour, 25 minutes, and 21 seconds. If you want to listen to the podcast, download it (file size is 78.1 MB), subscribe to the RSS feed, or subscribe to the podcast on itunes, you can do so at the bottom of this post.
Please submit your opinions regarding the whole debate to me as well, so we can discuss them in our next podcast. Please give us your feedback and any suggestions you may have for future podcasts. The whole point of these podcasts is for all of you to have a great listening experience and for us to enjoy recording the podcasts. We have included some of your suggestions already and plan to include more in the future.

Sorry for the delay everyone! Podcast #2 of The Wii-kly Fuse, WiiNintendo’s own podcast, is here finally. The reason it took longer than usual to put up on the site was because the podcast was longer than usual. We continued our debate from the last podcast, and we got so into the debate that we lost track of time. From now on, I’m going to keep the podcasts at a max of 1 hour, maybe a little longer. But I couldn’t cut out the debate, that was the best part, so the full two hour podcast is here. This week it’s called “Return of the Fuse” because we’re basically continuing our debate from the last podcast that started as a debate about The Force Unleashed and then turned into a debate on Wii games.

We had a lot of fun recording this one. Charmy was even joining us from a hotel lobby, so that’s dedication right there. There were times when some of us were breaking up, but it shouldn’t be that bad. This week’s crew consisted of me, MOMZ, Charmy (for about half of the podcast), and queenzelda. We discussed plenty of news in the podcast, as well as get into a huge debate, so it should be interesting to listen to. Here’s an outline of what to expect:

- Go over this week’s Wii, DS, and Wii Shop Channel releases, as well as what we’ve been playing on Wii and DS
- Discuss Liight, Boogie Superstar, Animal Crossing: City Folk, the Nintendo Wi-Fi Network Adapter, and much more
- We give our thoughts on Pokemon Platinum and Guitar Hero: On Tour Decades
- The debate from last podcast continues and becomes much more intense. Do motion controls fit every type of game? That’s one of the many questions we debate.
- We answer reader questions and do the other usual podcast stuff, as well as have my roommate sing for us.
- Starting next week, we will use the WiiFuse Chat while we are recording the podcast so that all of you can pop in and suggest something for us to discuss during our recording of the podcast.

This podcast is our longest yet (and probably our longest ever) because of our huge, intense debate. It clocks in at 1 hr, 56 minutes, and 50 seconds. If you would like to listen to the podcast, download it (file size is 106 MB), subscribe to the RSS feed, or subscribe to the podcast on itunes, you can do so at the bottom of this post.

Last week, we did Podcast Zero of The Wii-kly Fuse, which is WiiNintendo’s podcast. Everything went well and so we decided to post it on the main site for all of you to listen to. We got your feedback and have now begun the podcast. Last night, we recorded podcast #1 of The Wii-kly Fuse, entitled “Let’s Get This Party Started”. You would think that Podcast Zero, our test podcast, would give us hints to any future issues, but apparently not. Podcast Zero went well, but we encountered a few issues this time around. Despite that, we kept on trekking through. The crew consisted of me, MOMZ, Charmy, queenzelda, and mazer. Throughout the night, mazer and Charmy kept dropping out of the podcast, and eventually mazer gave up and left for the night. Charmy also was breaking up every now and then, so he couldn’t speak much. All in all, it wasn’t as we had hoped.

BUT, we made the best of the night. The podcast was still fun to record and after listening to some of it again, it seems like it’ll be fun to listen to as well. We implemented some of your feedback already (like reader questions) and hope to implement more in the future. I hope you enjoy this installment of The Wii-kly Fuse. It’s pretty long, but has some very interesting discussions (and a nice, heated debate). Here’s a glimpse at what we talked about in this week’s podcast:

- MOMZ is introduced and future plans for podcasts are discussed
- Go over this week’s Wii, DS, and Wii Shop Channel releases, as well as what we’ve been playing on Wii and DS
- Discuss Disaster, the DS Motion Pack, The Conduit, and more
- We give our thoughts on the Brawl tier list, The Force Unleashed, and the quality of recent Sonic titles on Nintendo systems
- Reader questions are answered, and FlamingSquirrel’s question provides a very long and heated debate.
- Guest appearance by my roommates at the end

This podcast is much longer than last week’s podcast, mainly due to a big debate we had. This time around, it clocks in at 1 hr, 41 minutes, and 10 seconds. I hope it’s interesting for all of you to listen to. We had fun recording it, and I hope you enjoy listening to it as well, despite any technical difficulties we may have had. If you would like to listen to the podcast, download it (file size is 92.6 MB), subscribe to the RSS feed, or subscribe to the podcast on itunes, you can do so at the bottom of this post.

And PLEASE give us your feedback and any suggestions you may have for future podcasts. The whole point of these podcasts is for all of you to have a great listening experience and for us to enjoy recording the podcasts. We have included some of your suggestions already and plan to include more int he future. I look forward to hearing from you!

<itunes:summary>Last week, we did Podcast Zero of The Wii-kly Fuse, which is WiiNintendo’s podcast.

I look forward to hearing from you!</itunes:summary>

Last night, a few of us recorded the first segment of The Wii-kly Fuse, which is WiiNintendo’s podcast. We made it episode #0 because it was our first time and if things didn’t go well, we wouldn’t post it. Thankfully, everything went well and the podcast is finished. The podcast crew consisted of me, Charmy, queenzelda, and mazer. Durffen from the The Gamers’ Cafe (I knew him from the site we were on previously, Wii Live) also joined us for a while. Even MegaOmegaMegaZetta, who we refer to as MOMZ (his username was actually changed to MOMZ now) dropped in once or twice. If you want a brief outline for this week’s podcast, you can read what we talked about below:

- We introduce ourselves and say our positions on WiiNintendo and WiiFuse - We discuss Wiigg - Go over this week’s Wii, DS, and Wii Shop Channel releases - Discuss recent news stories - We give our thoughts on some Wii titles, such as Animal Crossing: City Folk, Wii Music, The Conduit, and more - We discuss our plans for future podcasts

So that’s what you can expect from Podcast Zero, which clocks in at 55 minutes and 44 seconds and the file is 51 MB. We had a lot of fun recording it and it was great getting to know some Nintendo fans. I’m very excited to record future podcasts and I hope all of you enjoy them.
